CCL have recently had several key staff undertake training to become approved applicators of Mastermix rapid set concrete products. Mastermix is a New Zealand product scientifically developed to meet a range of contruction requirements in our local environment.

We are pleased to announce that we are now approved suppliers of the following Mastermix products:

• Mastermix Multi-Cote: Versatile, Durable, and Reliable Waterproof Protection. Multi-Cote is a high-performance waterproof coating that provides exceptional adhesion and longlasting durability. Designed for both interior and exterior applications, Multi-Cote creates a tough, acidfree, waterproof barrier across a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, brick, steel, and blockwork.
• Mastermix HSR: Ultra-Fast Setting, High-Strength Concrete Repair Compound. HSR is a high-performance repair compound designed for rapid setting and early strength gain. Acid-resistant and trowelable to a feathered finish (when used with Multi-Cote as a primer), HSR is ideal for demanding applications where speed and durability are critical.
• Mastermix Rapid Repair: Fast-Setting, Long-Lasting Concrete Repair. Rapid Repair is a high-performance, fast-setting compound designed for concrete and masonry restoration. It sets in just 17 minutes, achieves early compressive strength, and provides a smooth, trowelable finish with excellent adhesion and water-repellent properties. With a design life exceeding 50 years, Rapid Repair delivers a durable, long-term solution where speed and strength matter.
• Mastermix Armor: High-Strength Waterproof Barrier for Wastewater Application. Armor is a premium-grade, hydrophobic coating engineered for high-performance protection. With exceptional adhesion, Hydrogen Sulphide, acid and alkali resistance, and the ability to withstand compressive loads up to 14.7 MPa, it forms a durable, waterproof barrier ideal for demanding environments.
• Mastermix Shield: High-Performance Recycled Glass Coating for Water Infrastructure. A high-performance coating made from recycled glass, engineered for water and wastewater treatment plant repairs. Suitable for use on concrete, brick, blockwork, and steel, it provides durable, long-lasting protection in harsh environments
